I bought a Flora Sun Max Plant Growth light (5000k high intensity) to replace my Aqueon 8000k normal light. Well... I can't seem to get it working. Even putting in the old light, it won't turn on. I try to turn the light as far as it'll go, but it won't turn on and I have no idea since there are no instructions...
