I got 4 new gully additions last night. Turned the lights off before I put the newbies in the tank and drip aclimated them. I read you are supposed to leave the lights off for 24 hours to ease the new fish into their new home. Will leaving the lights off all day mess with the fish who already live in there. I don't want them stressed out too.

No, they won't care. Besides, it is as much to keep them docile as it is for the new ones.

Thanks, makes sense. They were all hanging out at the top. Hope they are ok, haven't been home yet to check on them.
