Light Schedule

So I am currently curculating my tank and I am just wondering what the light schedule needs to be, I know it is different in freshwater because I had my fresh on at 11 and off at 4 but what should it be for FOWLR? I don't really know what my light is I got it off of a friend but it as a white light and blue and then 4 LED moon ights.

For fowlr its what ever you want but 8-10 hours is the general schedule used
