Lightfoot Crab

Hello all!

I just got a Sally Lightfoot Crab for my 12g Nano. Ive noticed that when anything gets near it, it lashes out. Am i going to have a great deal of problems with him(or her) being too aggressive?

Does anyone have any experience with these crabs?

It seems to me from my tons of reading, that just about any crab can be agressive. I have a brownish looking hitchhiker crab in my aquarium, and he's small but the claws look big in comparison. He may be trouble, opinions all? I also added a couple of little emerald crabs, and am wondering if that was a good move. I have no fish yet, I'm just starting.

I`ve had several of them and I`ve seen them do that but never seen them catch anything. I think it`s just show. Ive had my tank for 8 yrs with no problem out of them. Matter of fact I have had a Shrimp,crab and Lobster together for years with no problem
