Lighting advice

I am getting a new larger (36 gallon) reef tank. My old expensive Aqua Illumination nano light died and I need to replace quickly. Do I go for another AI light (they are expensive) or is there a better option?

Some people love the chinese knockoff LED panels. They def work when it comes to growing coral, but might not give you the color in the tank you are looking for.
