What do you guys think about the odyssea t5 light fixtures any 1 have 1? I just ordered 1 today

They're cheap and not too bad. I've heard a lot of good things about them.

I had one and liked it. But you do get what you pay for just be warned.

means it's cheaply made and it does show. BUT the lights themselves do work well. I kept a good assortment of corals under mine until I upgraded. I have a nova extreme pro 12 bulb light now and the difference in the workmanship and quality is quite noticeable.

I have to metal halide lights but they get to hot and I don't want to keep them on for 12 hours a day alot of power consumption...

That's koo I will upgrade soon. I just need something now first saltwater aquarium wasn't cheap and my wife is already irritated by me spending so much money plus I need a water chiller witch is also expensive.

My new fixture just came in yesterday and I got it set up last night. So far, it appears to be fairly well made and works as advertised.

I have read a BUNCH if reviews and what I have come to the conclusion of: Odyssea lights have been undergoing growth and change over the last several years a lot like Hyundai cars have. Started off as cheap junk, but have been learning and improving their products.
