I have a 60g hex that is over about 26inches deep. it has a 3 bulb T8 fixture.

my tank is significantly planted, i know that a T5 fixture would be best, but I AM NOT switching over. i dont have the money and it is hard to find a fixture that will work with my tank

ANYWAYS... what i was wondering is what bulbs will work best for my tank

i know there are many different types of bulbs like floraMax and full spectrum...

what would give me the most light for my plants??

You could try a 100w full spectrum spiral cfl from home depot with a clamp on shop light which costs about $20.00. I have one on my 56gal tall and on my 20gal tall i have a 75w daylight bulb in a clamp on shop light. Both are 5000k and will work.
