Is a 4x80w t5 light fine for a 125 gal 72x18x20 for soft coral? And is running them 2 for 12 hrs and the other 2 for 10 hrs to much? Coral look like they are doin great. I have 2 ati coral plus and 2 ati aqua blue specials in there now.

Yeah you should be fine. Some lps will work to. Look at a torch.

will work just fine. You can definitely have LPS in the tank as well.

Are they good enough to keep a anemone. Was looking in to getting a bubble anemone for my pair of true percula

you probably could keep a nem under that lighting if theres rocks high enough. ~6-8" from the water level. Also 10-12 hours is typical lighting time. I run from 12-10 every day
