Well.... I have a 55g 48" long tank. I have a strip light with two bulbs the Itinic and the Coral sun that I run during the day. I also have two small 18" Itinic that I run at night. My problem is that my day lights are messin up. I think the strip light has seen better day's. I am lookin for a setup that would eliminate the two small 18" but allow me two still have day and night lights. Any suggestions?

Here is a 48" Compact flourescent light with daylights, actinics, and moonlights. I'm sort of unclear about what you mean with the actinics at night. Did you mean moon lights, or do you run actinic lighting all night long?
