Live rock! Omggg

I've got an extra lively piece of live rock. There are tons of worms in it. Something extremely small that resembles a feather duster but is white and black striped, some weird white globs growing out of the bottom into the crushed coral, and best is something that's fluorescent orange but only when the lights are off. It's like glow in the dark. Thoughts on all of that?

If there are more than one of those black n white worms then its a brittle starfish and your looking at its arms/legs
