Lost a couple fish any help

I've check my levels with an API master test kiti recently done a water change about 20 percent or 25 I have a 125 gallon my ammonia levels was at about 1.0 nitrite at about .50 I've dosed with prime and ammo lock I've had 2 rams and a Bn pleco die any suggestions besides water changes doin this already

Ammo lock stops your cycle. Don't use it. Do big water changes to get the ammonia and nitrites under .25 ppm. Prime is good. For the future, never use chemicals to adjust parameters. They are very unreliable and a lot of times are harmful to your fish.
