Somehow wiggled his way behind my angelfish's slate rock. Classic "rock and a hard place" scenario. Wiggled behind my angelfishes slate rock and couldnt throw it in reverse to back out. My fault, I recently put the rock back in after cleaning it and must have left a little room behind it. Curiosity killed the fish in this case I guess.
