Low Tech 40g Breeder

Im in the process of setting up a 40g breeder and this is my first take on it. What do you guys and gals think?
40g Breeder
36" Current USA Led Plus
Marineland c220 filter with inline heater.
Black diamond blasting sand substrate

no water yet, I wanted to make sure plexi for support was ok and I need to get some rocks.

Stock isnt 100% worked out yet.

Alrighty then. I looked an saw pools of water and was either thinking that it was a brackish setup for mud skippers and such or I need to get glasses haha
