Some are going to think I'm absolutely mad but I have added an Emperor Angel what a truly stunning fish it came from a system containing LPS and SPS so I'm just hoping that it will remain being a model citizen or I will have to remove the LPS as my system is going mainly the SPS route well here it is and I brace myself for the comments good or bad [emoji15]

He's a beauty!
I can't speak for in a reef but I aquired one as a juvi years back.
He went in a fowler and ended up with ich from stress(huge loss painful lesson{he tries not to remember his cheveron..)
Is that the cleaner wrasse on his side?!

How long have you had the cleaner??

The cleaner been in there a while it eats everything ,frozen , pellet and flake which is lucky.

Here was the cleaner shrimp on him hard to see in picture but cleaning inside his mouth.

Well the tracky and all acans have been taken out it decided it wanted to nibble but I was prepared to remove the LPS if need be

Added another new edition I do love my tangs it's a stunning fish in my opinion.

The Emperor has now gone to the brother inlaws 8x3x2 so has plenty of space I'm really gutted as it was a stunning fish but it started eating my SPS corals I was prepared and did remove a lot of LPS to have him but eating my SPS was a step to far I'm gutted but he gone to a good home in a fish only system with no corals.

On the upside I've had a fluid reactor sitting round for a while that I use to run purigen in when I had freshwater with great results so decided to add it to the marine setup to see if it makes any difference it's the blue reactor pictured

Hopefully I will see some differences over the coming days and weeks

It's been a while since the last update so have added a reef bone that's been cycling at my LFS it's hard to get a picture and don't look much at minute as it's white but this does now give me more space for SPS the Christmas inspiration fairy visited !!!

It will look much better once there is corals on it.

The lionfish also come over to have a nose

Bear in mind it's not finished had enough for today will finish cleaning up tomorrow and attach the plate that's laying on sand bed ect and have a good clean up

I love the cave , I done something like that a while ago till I moved into 40b
I don't have it no more but it had the same context , I always challenge myself to new and better scapes

I have added some more LPS to the tank as I know I can put them in without any issues at all added these Acans yesterday and I would say they are very happy.

Thanks considering they only went in yesterday evening they seem happy this was them a short while ago and they out even more I will also get a long baster so I can target feed them easier.

Just got a video of my jewel tang at feeding time all the fish recognise the sound of pellets being shaken as food time but he goes like a hyper kid
