Meteor Shower?

Was told my LFS this is one. I did some googling and saw nothing like mine. I Have it now mid tank because no idea what it likes as far as lighting. I don't know if it is any polyp extension because I have not seen any. Although the green spots do get larger at night so opening up a bit.

It looks like it is a meteor shower favites, I have a meteor shower cyphastrea that is blue and pink, maybe you were seeing pictures of that instead of the favites. Nice coral!
