So you bought a 4x65W for 65.00 plus shipping? That is an awesome price! I just bought a new Coralife 4x65W 48" retro kit for $200.00 out the door. Sorry I can't help with the wiring though. Can you send it back?

Try wiggling the connections at the pins around a bit. I bought two of the Jebo 24" fixtures, one for my existing 20 gal. and a second for the future, and I found that the way those fittings go on the pins is a little less than perfect. But by all means try to send it back if ya can. Can't beat the price though. Mine do work fine after some wiggling and making sure all connections were tight.

Sounds like a faulty ballast to me... I have heard not so great things about Jebo. 65 was probably a used set correct? Maybe it is still under warranty. I just bought a 4x65 48" fixture from Coralife with lunar bulbs... the one ballast powering a 10000k is faulty and if I move the fixture the bulb will not fire correctly. They are sending me out a brand new ballast no questions asked. Maybe Jebo is just as nice. I am told they are cheap in price and quality though but you got a real nice deal anyways. Any fans in the fixture?

Im haveing problems with my Coralife fixture also. It sounds like its the same one you got the 4x65 but the left side of my light doesnt light up(side away from the swithes) How did you contact the company Ive looked all over there site and couldnt fine anything but there forums. Can you give me a link to there site and where you found the contact info?
TIA

it might be the ballast but usually with a ballast problem the lights stay dim because the ballast has troublem starting up... usually when you have dead lights its a connection problem... check all connections to the flourscents then check the bulbs even though knew not all flourescents are good.... but hey if you can send it back forget all i just said and make them look at it
