Molly diet?

What would you guys consider to be the best diet for mollies, tetras, and platy?
Any ideas beside the usual flakes?

You could try pellets, frozen food and live food. Variance is key when feeding, each fish has it's requirements. Feeding strictly meaty foods is not good for its overall health, they need there veggies also.

Frozen peas, defrost, peel shell and toss them in.

Cut a slice of zucchini, blanch it in the microwave for 15 seconds.

Purchase a veggie clip as well
