moving anemone

hi there....i have a nano tank....about 30 liter .
i brought this sand anemone (( on the lower left of the photo )) a 5 days ago....and it keeps moving and not setting or getting to be comfort.
the water condition is good.
do i have to put more sand in bottom of the tank ?????
please help !!!!

The nem is moving because it's unhappy.

How old is the tank?
