Moving TINY little white specs

So I noticed today, on the front on my glass on my 10 gallon, there are tiny tiny tiny tiny little white specs. They shoot around and just kind of chill. I have a little jewlers scope I use to look at them, and to be honest they look like tiny tiny sperm. Keep in mind this is a Red cherry shrimp/MTS tank only. I have 4 pregnant females also. Are these itty bitty baby shrimp?

It's possible but I think young cherry shrimp have some kind of pattern.
