my fish apears to be decentigrating

is QT and been on milfix for about 3 days

he's doin worst. within the last 10 min. now he is swimmin on his side

If you get any positive results using melafix, you're lucky. I assume this fish was in your main display with other fish? I ask because it looks to have some major bite marks or as Neo implied, critical bacterial infection raging. You'd be better of using Nitrofurazone or Maracyn.
