My fish tank aniversery

Hello I just wanted to let you guys all know the my tank is running smoothly now and the whole heater problem is fixed. The main reason I am posting this is because I am aproching my first year of getting into fish tanks. So I was planning on doing something for my tank or my four fish. I would love to hear some ideas ,but remember I'm not Ritch so nothing crazy expensive .
