I vote you drink bottled water.. I can't believe there is that much stuff in water.. Does it look clear to you? Do you have to chew first? :)

I'm just kidding around, I have no idea what all that means, but I see a lot of 120ppm type readings, those must add up..
 
that's crazy though...on another note, i was always weary about things such as chlorine and flouride deliberately being put into our water

flouride, studies have shown, has improved the populations teeth, generally...but does that mean it is good to DRINK and CONSUME in our BODIES?!
 
One thing I see there that worrys me is the nitrates as nitrates according to what I was told E.P.A. top limit was 10 ppm and your report say 45ppm as for the rest I don't know much about it. You could test your tap for the nitrates and nitrites with a test kit. They may just be stressing there peeks also if the test comes out ok I would test your tapwater regularly (at least before doing pwcs) as for most of the other stuff most of it can be removed by a carbon block filtration system I have had some expieriance with multipure water systems and they work well. but they will not remove nitrates the only way i know to do that is reverse osmosis. I would check out some water filter companys online and send them that report and see what they say.
 
Uranium? Arsenic? Even tho the levels are low, I wouldn't drink that water without passing through a good filter!

As for fish, your problems will be with the high nitrates .... Generally you want NO3 to be less than 40 ppm, but if your tap starts at 45 .... you see the problem. I also see high sulphates (>100) in there too. That will mess with your buffering system .... & I think is a cause of algae. All in all I think a RO unit is what you need, both for your fish & for your drinking needs <That level of nitrates is not good for you and is toxic to babies. YOu should NEVER use water with that much nitrates for newborn formula, etc.>

This is the quote from the EPA - note MCL nitrate = 10
"Infants below the age of six months who drink water containing nitrate in excess of the MCL could become seriously ill and, if untreated, may die. Symptoms include shortness of breath and blue-baby syndrome."
