nail polish?

umm,
this one you might chalk up to 'new parent paranoia', but...
how will a manicure affect my fish?

even tho i'm a bit of a girly-girl, my nail varnishing has been on hiatus all winter, and now that spring is here i'm in the spirit for the ole shiny fingertips.
But, will the toulene and other nasties leach into the water and harn my fishies?

IF its ample dry I dont see an issue.

Of course when you say leach usually you imply a slow process and not the timeframe of just having your hand in there for less than a min or at the most 5 min.

we're working on the camera-thing, tank photos and portraits of the 'fam'.
had a few of just the fish but a little blurry...

Ah yeah the blurry Photo Syndrome I get it on 50% or more on my Photos I just take alot of pics. are you using a digi cam or 35mm?

My girlfriend waits till the water change is done before playing in the water by the next time you change the water the nail polish had plenty of time to dry.
She is a nail buff aswell.

cameras: got a crappy one for streaming (big waste of impulse-buy-dosh)
and borrowed a digi. but now the photos are on the laptop, 'coming soon to a gallery near u!'
