I have some narrow leaf chain sword for sale. It needs medium lighting. This stuff is overtaking my 55. Here's some more info: PlantGeek.net - Echinodorus tenellus

Pics below are of actual plants for sale. There's at least 2 dozen plantlets that I counted but there will probably be more. Enough to get a 29-55G started for sure. Asking $8 shipped.
