need help

I recently purchased about 20 tanks and I need some help on a central filtration system for these. I have 3 racks that hold these. They are all drilled for overflow and supply lines. They are 20 gal. tanks. Should I use one sump for these or one for each rack? How do I build a sump? Does anyone have any designs that I can use and how do I plumb these into the sump? Any help would be appreciated.

Geez, twenty 20 gals? What are you going to do with all those? Do you run a shop or are you doing some major breeding? Or both?
