needing some advice

i am about to start an african dwarf frog tank its a 20 gallon it will be planted

i had a question i got a decoration but it has two holes in it should i fill it with eco complete then add plants i dont want the frogs going in it im going to add a pic of it but if i add ecocomplete will i have to take it out to clean it ?

If you could fill the hole in the side i dont see why you couldnt use the decoration as a plant pot. Maybe use some aquarium sealant and a piece of stone or something. I dont see why you would need to clean it out once its planted.
