Neon dying on me

Hi my neons are dying and I have no reason y they r- all other fish are ok with no problems while my neons are stoping like flies from 12 I have 7 left- checks the water it read amonia 0 nitrate .2 ph 6.2/4 temp around 16c what can it be?

You temperature is low...should be around 20-26 c...maybe stressing fish
