Hi all. Please bear with me if I'm asking stupid questions I'm very new to fish keeping and on a steep learning curve!

But...I have a new 95l community tank in which we put 5 neon tetras 1 died straight away ( no obvious reason ) the other four have been fine for the past couple of weeks. However yesterday I notice one of the tetras was looking pale compared to others ( I don't think it started this pale) and when the remaining tetras come close to it, it plays dead! Basically it points down stops moving can roll over but then as soon as the others are away it starts to swim normally

Very odd behaviour I'm keeping a close eye on it but it's swimming fine at all other times, alert, eating fine and following the others etc. I'm a bit worried about neon tetra disease but I can see no growths or spots or restlessness just this odd behaviour

So my question is should I be worried or is this normal?

Thanks in advance for any help

FYI did some readings
Ammonia 0.25
Nitrite 0.25
Nitrate 2.5
Ph 7.5

Doing 10% w/c twice week at moment
