New 55gal

I want to set up a 55gal with clowns and some other lil fish Haven't set up my own SW and its been years since I've worked on one I have 2 bio wheel filters (each up to max of 100g) that sit on back of tank but other then that I feel like a noob on where to go from here. FW has always been my thing but I'm really wanting to get into SW any help and advice would be great

Bio-wheels aren't really optimal. I would only use one for some mechanical filtration and to run carbon and purigen or something similar. Most of your filtration is going to come from live rock and sand. Look up berlin method to get an idea of how it works. A protein skimmer would be a good idea to get at some point, but isnt necessary. All you really need is a sand bed, live rock, and good circulation. I assume you are aware of how cycling works?
