Do they look like perfect circles?

One of my males used to get those from flaring too much.
It can also be a sign of too much ammonia being present.

Hi All! I just wanted to give an update on Mr. Fish.
He's doing a lot better now. Swimming around more, I got him into a bigger tank and he really seems to enjoy it. I have yet to see him eat.. but since I've had him for a week and a half now I have to assume he's eating when I'm not looking.
His fins are slowly starting to look better, and before I moved him into his new tank he had began a bubble nest so I'm assuming if he's healthy enough to have babies then he should be on a good recovery road.
