New fish QT procedures?

So I will be moving my existing fish from their 20g to a new 75g. Shortly after that (once I know they are all happy and alive in their new home) I'll be adding some new fish. I'm curious what everyone does with new fish. I plan to keep the 20g up and running as a QT until I am fully stocked in the 75. So other than just keeping the new guys under observation in the QT, what else? Meds? Vitamins? Other treatments?

I treat the fish I catch from the wild with salt and feed them medicated flakes. With stuff I get from stores or other people I usually just feed medicated flakes and watch them for a few weeks.

What is in medicated food? Broad spectrum antibiotics and some anti-parasite meds?

I usually use a kanamycin flake and then either prazi or fenbendazole
