I'm new to this stuff and would gladly like help from any of you guys to help me out with what to do and etc.

I have a 20 gallon long with assorted guppies along with Ghost Shrimp and Chinese Algae Shrimp, 1 Neon Tetra, and 2 Common Goldfish, which i also have a filter, heater and Java Moss for the baby guppies to hide in.
