Im converting my 55gallon tank to chichlids.

I want to get
4 yellow labs
4 red zebras
4 afra cobue
3 demosani OR saulosi

How will these fish work together? Should i get the demosani or saulosi. They will have.penty of hiding places!

What would be your ratios? Labs and Zebras i know need 3/4 females per male

The demasoni need to be kept in groups of 10 or more to spread the aggression around, 3 will quickly become 1. Saulosi are easier to get along with.

Ok well i dont know much about the others but i think that many males will fight, maybe but idk

if no females are present they would be fairly less aggressive as they feel less mating competetiveness. but the cichlids you like are hard to decipher genders, i.e the zebras, saulosi, labs, demasoni are difficult - not sure about cobues. soooo maybe u need to cut out a couple of species and aim for some male to female ratio?
