new to me 62 gallon

I just got a 62 gallon aquarium with stand and light for 100 bucks. I'm planning on doing an chichlid tank. I've been wanting a eb jack dempsey forever now I can own him. Don't know much about lights anyone know what I got here?

Came with alot of other supplies. One was a liquid euthanasia for fish. Didn't know that existed

Also what kind of stock would work well in this tank? I'd like a ebjd so centered around that.

IMO you could do a plec with your EBJD or a school of large dither fish, like giant danios or congo tetras.

I have no idea what the lights are, sorry

I was thinking of a variety cichlids. The lights say 4-40 watt ballast so I'm thinking there going to be pretty good for plant growth.
