Is your ammonia dropping from 4ppm to 0 in 24 hours?

If yes, drop the ammonia dosing down to 1ppm until the nitrite eating bacteria catch up. Once you go from 1ppm ammonia to 0 ammonia and 0 nitrite, dose up to 2ppm ammonia. Once all that goes to 0 in 24 hours you're done!

Hi yes ammonia dropping from 4 to nothing in 24 hours.I'll try that thanks

Don't be afraid to do a water change. It won't affect the cycle. If your nitrite is still sky high after a few days, do a 50% water change.

I did all this recently with success! Fish are now in and happy. :)
