NLS Pellet size for Mbuna

I've been feeding my Mbuna (yellow labs & P. socolofi) with Ken's Cichlid & Spirulina flake food, and they love it.

Since it's time to reorder, I want to try NLS pellets. They are 3-4" long, almost 2 years old. What size pellets would be best? Should I go with cichlid formula or Thera-A?

I feed thera a but either one would be good.

I use the .5mm Grow and 1mm cichlid pellets for all my fish. The Thera-A contains a little garlic, either one is fine.

I feed 1mm Thera-A, like the extra garlic.
