Hm... I'm just mostly bumping this up but, what are your water parameters? Bullying? (Yes usually with goldfish there isn't bullying but ik it's happened) added anything new recently? Tank cycled? How long has the fish been in the tank? If not long, how did u acclimate him/her?

Ammonia .25, hr ph 7.4, nitrite 0, nitrate 10, Lots of filtration, had him for years. No bullying.
