Ok it's been 9 days since I noticed ick... There have been no signs for about 4 days and every day since then my tank has been at 88 degrees and I did 50% water changes everyday becoming all the gravel I even took all the plants out to be sure I cleaned all the gravel... Do you think I can turn
My tank back down to 78 degrees or not yet?

IMO I would continue for at least another day or two. Usually it's 10-14 days then a few days after the last signs.
