odesidd i need a bit of help on my tank

i am bing a copy cat on my frinds tank i am setting up a 29 gallon tank in cycle almost dome but id like to add
cory cats
and black kuhlie loach
not shure how many and what else can i add and low light plant advise to that dont need much help i like the personality of a fish so if it is noticeble i will like it lol
