I believe so. I've read they can do well anywhere from 3-6.

Im so sorry to hear about your fish I love silver dollars they are such fun fish to watch my guys are just the biggest mooches. I think 4 is fine I have had 4 in my 75g for about 3 months and they happy.

I know lol and such piggies! They hog all the algae wafers and they're so used to eating ALL the food out of my hand that whenever I put my hand in for any reason they're biting me lol
