nope. you have excessive nutrients in your tank though, judging by the cyanobacteria on the sand bed and rock. i would be doing some water changes and siphoning out what you can. also, cut back on feedign to every other day until you have a handle on it.

Don't need to worry about dust, just have to make sure you don't spray any febreeze or anything like that around the tank.
