Oscars with ick

I have two young albino Oscars, about 5 weeks old. They both have a bad case of ick, probably picked up at the pet store where I bought them. What is the best treatment. Is there a strong medicine I can use that will not harm the three other fish in the tank. (Tank is about 185 gallons).

Have you thought about using aquarium salt?

Raise your temp slowly to 86 degrees and you can add aquarium salt if you want. If you have any scaleless fish you probably want to skip the salt. Don't add meds you don't need them. Ick will look worse until it gets better.
