My Oto's are grazing on just one far away corner of my tank for a few weeks now. However, the rest of my tank is filled with algae. Why is this ?

"They may just like it there."

It may have to do with the lighting, or the current, or maybe since it is the 'far away corner' they feel more secure / secluded. (The other parts of the tank may have more foot traffic with you walking by).

True. This is what even I started feeling. In all the other places in the tanks, the Danios and the Cory are quite active all day as well. They don't usually venture to this more dark corner of the tank. Hopefully, when the algae in the other sides of the tank gets really high, they will move to clean those areas.

I didn't expect this to happen. There is something new to learn everyday.
