Hey!

I was just wondering if ottos would be okay in a ten gallon? Or do they need more space? I know I could put pygmy corries in there but I was hoping for somethign that would help with the algea and wasn't an invert.

If the Ottos can go in how many should I put?

The other tank mates would be 1 Betta (docile) and 5 neon Tetras.

It's not ideal but it can be done. I also house 3 in my 10 gallon. There is plenty of cover/dw, so I don't see them much.

Unless you have an empty tank you usually won't see your otos, especially during the day. On that note, if you have an empty tank you probably shouldn't have otos, lol. They should do fine in a 10g as long as you have good hiding spots for them and your other livestock won't eat them
