I've been today to buy some test strips to check my levels etc...and this is what I'm getting
Nitrate - 80
Nitrite - 1
pH - 8
KH - 180
GH - 180
From what I have read the pH, KH and GH whilst high are acceptable for a platy? I've treated some water to do a weekly water change but imy wondering how much should I change?
I've also been to the store to buy a couple of small java ferns as I've read this will help with levels is this correct?
