Peppered catfish not eating

My catfish are not eating at feeding time, just hiding in the cave. By the time the catfish decide to come out to eat the food is all gone. Anybody got any suggest on getting my catfish to eat.

10 gal tank
3 tetra
1 betta
3 catfish
