What is the red plant in this picture? My first guess was ludwigia arcuata...
I'm going for a similar "swamp" look in my upcoming tank using a lot of bolbitis, narrow leaf java fern, moss, anubias, crypt. balansae, echinidorus tenellus, etc... that rust red is a great accent!

It's not Lobeila. It has much larger leaves than that. The picture is not that clear so it could be any number of things but Lobeila is not one of them.
 
now the picture isn't showing up at all for me, their server might be down. i can't think of what else it could be besides l. arcuata. it's a little too red to be l. brevipes, which tends to have a little more orange.
 
Eric, A wild guess is its flowering (inflorescence) Eusteralis stellata under very high light. Check out the cover of Kasselmann and on page 292 of her book. But its just a wild guess. Bob
