The ones on the right are super sad, stunted ludwigia repens. The one on the right looks like a lily, but I cant see the bottom... is there a bulb?

The ones described as lilies, do in fact, have a bulb. The others were actually worse when they were given to me. They actually have a little growth near the bottom. Thanks for the reply! :)

Plants get that look under a number of limiting conditions, with low light, nitrates, and co2 being the most common offenders, more or less in that order. The fact that you've got new growth at then bottom (which, upon second inspection, you certainly do) indicates that they're on their way to recovery.

Well i do have my plants under adequate lighting. As far as nitrates and Co2, i have never tested my water. The tank has been set up for about 6 months, having fish present for about 4 months now. Is Co2 necessary for these types of plants? What type of plants can survive, in a healthy state, without Co2?

Here's a better picture of the growth I was referring to.
