Looks like a Herichthys to me. It appears to be a juvenile, so it may be tricky identifying it to species at this stage. The most common species in aquaria is the Texas cichlid (H. cyanoguttatus).
Paraneetroplus. Regardless, I think it's a central American cichlid of some form. Perhaps you could repost in the cichlid section of this forum to get advice from an expert.
