I have this bright green slow growth.

Those appear to be sponges you have growing. Harmless filter feeders. There isn't a need to feed them, they will do their own thing as you care for the rest of your tank.

I have a big one of the same thing. It doesn't do much spreading now but its nice to have that bright color.
